Paul said it in Hebrews (13:8), “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” But what exactly does that mean?
We change over time. We’re shaped by our health and life experiences. Just by aging we change. I’ve lived long enough to know that. But Jesus never changes. He is the same as when He walked this earth, is the same today, and will be the same tomorrow forever. That’s why He is our rock. He is always there and is the same no matter how we might change.
There’s a peace of mind knowing that Jesus will always be the same in our lives. He will always be the same. That’s why Jesus is our unchanging rock in life.
