Just like electricity, love flows. Its very nature is defined by its flow. God pours his unconditional love into you. If you don’t let it flow out of you to others, it dissipates. It is nothing.
If you can’t feel God’s love for you, most likely you are not letting it flow out of you. Like electricity, love is felt by its flow. If God’s love is not flowing through you to others, you can’t feel it. It’s that simple.
So, if you are not feeling God’s love, most likely you are not letting it flow. Start with a simple smile—it’s electric. Think about the other person, not yourself. Take the first step patching up a relationship. It’s not hard to let God’s love flow through you. You just have to get yourself out of the way.
In case you don’t know it, I can’t tell you how much God loves you because it is immeasurable. You’ll find out for yourself if you just let his love flow to others.
