Life is simple. Or, life should be simple. So very, very simple. That’s how God intends it to be. He gave us an earth that is abundant in riches. No one should go hungry or homeless. We all have more than we need. And God gave us one simple command on how to live life — LOVE! 

God showed us how to LOVE by giving us his only Son, Jesus, to not only tell us how to live but how to LOVE to the point of death. This isn’t very hard but how we complicate life.

Take a step back today and look at your life. How much do you complicate it in ways that aren’t really necessary? How many emotions do you have pent up inside that you can discard like clothing you never wear? How can you simplify your life?

God is about life, not death. Yes, death on this earth is a part of every life. But life goes on after this one such that it lasts forever. Do you really think life in heaven is complicated? If not, then this life should be as simple.

Start today by simplifying this life so you are ready for the next one. In the process, this life will become so much happier, fulfilling, and peaceful.
